Marv's Marvlus Pit Bar-B-Q Inc provides the best BBQ catering services in the Puget Sound.

Our barbecue catering includes friendly, professional staff along with set-up and clean up of the cooking area. We will do all the preparations and serve your guests cafeteria style so you as the host or hostess, can also fully enjoy your event.

We cater throughout the Puget Sound area, including Olympia, Aberdeen, Tacoma, Auburn, Seattle and surrounding areas.

Marv's Marvlus Pit Bar-B-Q is cooked the traditional, Southern Style way. We cook quality meats low and slow in enclosed, wood fired, barbecue pits using real hardwood logs, (no charcoal allowed at Marv's). Our meats are barbecued, we never serve boiled or oven-baked meat.

Our pitmasters cook beef brisket and pork shoulders for as many as 14 hours and ribs for up to 6 hours. These long cooking times assures tender, juicy meats that practically melt in your mouth...The way real barbecue is supposed to.

We bring our mobile pits to every event we cater, Our pits will cook your food without wasting wood, heat or space. We  cook your food on site using our hardwood fired, Southern Style Barbecue, right at your event location.

We have been catering, fully licensed and insured serving Western Washington and the greater South Puget Sound since 1994.
